I love my trees and I hope you do too. Should there be anything that you feel is not right then please contact us in writing at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the tree and include a photograph of the problematic area and we will aim to refund it with shipping covered by us.
If you tell us after 48 hours then we will try to replace the tree but shipping will need to be paid by you.
Trees cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights, for example in the event they are faulty or damaged.
The cancellation right under the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulation 2000 does not apply to plants.
If your lights or baubles are faulty then we will replace them. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item and send a photograph or video footage to show the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org
Plans change and if you need to cancel your order then we can so do and refund in full, so long as the tree has not been posted out. Please contact us in writing at email@example.com
Once your tree is posted out we are at the mercy of the courier. Please let us know if you do not receive your tree. Delivery should be 2 – 3 days however please be aware that during the busy Christmas season there may be delays that are out of our control. If you do not receive your tree then please let us know by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into it.
